Moral education is an important goal of talent cultivation in China, and high school English reading teaching is an important way to improve students' moral education quality. This paper focuses on reading teaching to link teaching activities with the demand for moral education, briefly outlines the importance of moral education penetration in high school English reading teaching, analyzes the moral education problems in high school English reading teaching at this stage, and on this basis, explores the effective strategies for integrating moral education in high school English reading teaching, guides students to comprehensively carry out the cognition of moral education, and further enhances the comprehensive quality and practical ability of students.
